| Vehicle History Details: | Built at the Ford San Jose assembly plant, on February 3 1969, 9R02H was pretty much a baseline specification Mach 1 model allocated for dealer stock and dispatched to the Ford District Sales Office – Seattle (DSO #74). It was not sold until May 24 1969 where following another two (Oregon) owners it was stored from 1979 until 2002. In December 2004, I purchased this Mach 1 from a Seattle, Washington dealer and shipped it back to my home in Sydney, Australia. So far this appears to be a genuine “matching numbers” car - including all body panel stampings and it has not undergone a “full/complete” restoration – only a repaint and cosmetic detailing. The only missing items are the original 2V carburetor, intake manifold, steel chrome wheels and the Seat Belt Warning Light from the dash panel. The current mileage is now 58,726. When taken to local Car Shows and Mustang Club outings it is always displayed with original vintage date correct Oregon Plates and Joe Fisher Ford dealer frames and has been successful in winning a number of “Best in Class” and “Peoples Choice” awards. |
