At this time, all of our parts are sold through our eBay store. If there is an item listed in our eBay store that you would prefer to purchase directly through us without having to go through eBay, please contact us

Absolutely! We offer weekly sales
on various items and we also offer occasional storewide sales. Check our website frequently or sign up for our newsletter

Shopping - Parts Search
>> How do I search for parts on the website?
There are different ways to search for parts utilizing our website. Please keep in mind that the links listed in our website will open a new tab in your web browser and will take you to our eBay store. The top right hand corner of our website has a “Parts Search” feature. This allows you to search by "year", "vehicle" and "department" and will help to refine your search to the specific category that you are looking for.
To refine your search even further, use the search box (located under the "Parts Search") to enter an eBay Item Number or keyword of the item you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for a Mustang water pump, you would type “Mustang water pump” into the search section. Search tip: when using the keyword search, type a word or two that describes the part that you are looking for. This searches through all items that are listed in our eBay store and looks for matches within the titles and descriptions of our store items.
The menu buttons located on the left side of the website allow you to search for your parts by selecting either the year of your vehicle or the department to which your item would be categorized. Search tip: when shopping by department, after you have selected a department and the search has brought you to our eBay store, type the year of the vehicle (for instance, 1970) into the "Store Search" box. This will enable you to see all of the parts for a specific year in the category that you are searching.

>> I can't find the part that I'm looking for.
if you are having trouble finding a specific part. In many cases, we have the part, but just haven’t yet listed it on our eBay store yet. We have over 100,000 parts, so most of our inventory still needs to be listed on the store.
>> What kind of parts do you sell?
We sell 1964 1/2 - 1973 Ford Mustang parts and 1967 - 1973 Mercury Cougar parts.
>> Do you sell reproduction parts?
No, we only sell original parts. This is why we are “all original...all of the time”!

For our local customers, we offer the option of trading. If you have extra Mustang parts that you don't need, we will trade you for what you do need. Contact us

>> Do you sell parts al local swap meets?
Yes, we participate in the Portland, Oregon Automotive Swap Meet held at the Portland Expo Center each year in April. If you have been looking for a specific part and plan on going to the swap meet, we can bring the part with us. Contact us
prior to April 1st and we will have it at our vendor booth for you to come and pick up.
Payments - General Questions
>> What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments. PayPal allows you to pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You can also send e-checks using PayPal.
>> Do you accept Personal Checks?
No, we do not accept personal checks.
>> Do you accept Money Orders?
In 2008, eBay disallowed the use of Money Orders for items purchased through eBay. However, in certain circumstances, we are able to accept Money Orders. Please contact us
if you would like to pay for your purchase using a Money Order.
>> Does eBay offer gift cards and gift certificates?
Yes! Ebay offers gift cards, as well as gift certificates. These are a great solution for the hard to buy for person on your gift list. Gift cards and gift certificates can be redeemed for any eBay merchandise, including the items that FastbackStack, LLC carries. You can find eBay gift cards at kiosks located within many local stores, or you can purchase gift cards from the eBay website
You can even customize your gift card with a picture of the recipient’s Mustang! Cool!
>> When is payment expected?
Payment is expected no later than 7 days after the close of the sale.
>> Do you charge sales tax?
Washington state residents are charged a sales tax rate in accordance with the current regulations.
Shipping - General Questions
>> How much extra do you charge for shipping and handling fees?
Nothing! We only charge actual shipping costs. We do not add any extra shipping and handling charges. You receive honest shipping prices and you pay what we pay for shipping. Shipping prices are printed on the shipping labels so that you can verify the shipping cost.
>> What if the actual shipping price comes to less than I have paid?
During the packaging process, the weight of the package may vary from the estimated weight noted in the listing. If the total amount of the actual shipping cost is less than what you paid for shipping, we will refund the amount that you have overpaid for shipping.
>> What if the actual shipping price comes to more than I have paid?
If you have already received an invoice and paid for your item, you will not owe any further shipping charges. If shipping charges come to more than what you have paid, we will pay the difference.
>> Why don’t you charge shipping & handling fees?
We receive free shipping materials from local suppliers. These shipping materials (bubble wrap, foam peanuts, air packs, etc.) are in like-new condition. Since we do not pay anything for them, we believe in passing the savings on to you. Besides, recycling shipping materials is good for the environment!
>> How fast can I expect to receive my item?
We ship within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Shipments are processed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please keep in mind that the delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the shipping method.
>> Do you inform me of the shipping tracking number?
Yes, all packages have a shipping tracking or delivery confirmation number. This information is emailed to you when the shipping label has been created.
>> What shipping carriers do you use?
Throughout the United States, we primarily use United States Postal Service (USPS). We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for substantially larger items. International packages are sent using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International.
Generally, our listings offer a couple of shipping methods: expedited and regular services (Priority mail and parcel post, for example). If you would like another method that you don’t see in the listing, please contact us
>> Do you combine shipping?
We will combine shipping whenever possible to save you money. Often times, the discount we give for combined shipping is substantially higher than the discount automatically generated by eBay or PayPal. Therefore, please wait to receive an updated invoice from us before making payment. If you would like to combine shipping with auction items that are ending on different days and times, just let us know and we will hold your item to allow for you to combine shipping with your multiple purchases.
Shipping - International Shipping
>> Do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide, international shipping on select items. Please check the individual listing for international shipping. Some items are only shipped to United States locations due to the weight and size of the package. If you would like us to verify if the part can be sent to your location, please contact us
>> What method do you use to ship international packages?
International packages are sent using United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail International.
>> Do you charge shipping and handling fees for international packages?
We only charge the actual shipping costs for international packages. There are not any shipping & handling fees added onto the actual shipping costs.
>> Who pays the duties and taxes on an international package?
Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.
